Requesting a Refund and Cancelling Your WP Simple Pay Account

Have you been trying WP Simple Pay Pro out but found it doesn’t fit your needs right now? No problem. You can cancel your subscription, and if you’re within the 30-day refund period, request a full refund.

Update your credit card information here if that was your intention instead of canceling.

How to Request a Refund

If you decide WP Simple Pay Pro isn’t for you within the first 30 days of purchase, you can request a refund according to our 30-day money back guarantee.

Simply go to our contact form and select “I have an account, license or billing question”. Next fill out your email, then just ask for a refund in the message.

We hate to see you go, but to better improve our product and services we’d love to hear why you’re choosing to refund. This is of course purely optional.

We’ll process your refund as soon as possible during business hours, but they may take up to a few business days at the most.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

WP Simple Pay Pro is a subscription-based product with a license that renews automatically every year. If you cancel your subscription anytime, you will no longer be automatically charged when your license reaches its expiration date. However, you may continue to receive support and updates for the remainder of your current paid term.

To cancel your subscription, log in to your WP Simple Pay account, then scroll down to Subscriptions and click Cancel.

For PayPal Subscriptions

Note that you won’t see “Update Payment Information” here if you paid via PayPal, but you should still be able to cancel. If you don’t see a “Cancel” link, you should still be able to sign into your PayPal account and cancel your subscription with us. If you still need some help with this, please contact support.
