Sell Recurring Services Form Set Up

Accepting recurring payments is one of the most popular use cases for WP Simple Pay. Flexible recurring payment forms can easily be created with our form builder, without having to know how to code to customize your campaigns.

You can see a live demo version of the form we’re building here: https://demo.wpsimplepay.com/sell-recurring-services/

You’ll need to create a new payment form by logging to your WordPress admin, then going to Simple Pay Pro → Add New.

Payment Form General Settings

After adding your form Title and Description, choosing your Form Type, and setting your Payment Success Page, click the Payment tab to begin setting up your Prices.

Payment Form Price Settings and Options

For this example, you’ll want to create three prices (by clicking Add Price) in the Payment Options area. See the example above for the “Individual” pricing level.

For the two additional prices, set the Label as “Agency”, the Amount as “1000.00 Subscription” and the Label as “Enterprise”, the Amount “5600.00 Subscription” respectively. Click the Update button in the upper right corner of the screen.

Note: if you are curious about the other settings available in the Price options, see this document: https://docs.wpsimplepay.com/articles/payment-options/

Your Payment tab should now look like this:

Click the Form Fields tab to configure the Price Options to display a List of prices on the front end:

To match our example, you’ll want to include a custom Text field, set up as shown below:

Lastly, rearrange the Form Fields to display the Price Options, now displaying the “Retain Services” label, before the Email Address:

Your embedded form will look similar to this on the front end:
